Shipping rates will vary depending on your order weight and delivery destination. The best way to see your shipping cost is to create an account with your complete mailing address, then from the Shopping Cart proceed to the first step in the Checkout process. Your shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. From here you can continue shopping or finish the Checkout process.
Shipping Methods within the United States:
All orders are shipped via FedEx, United Parcel Service ground (UPS) and the United States Post Office (USPS). On average orders ship in approximately 5 business days from the time an order is received. Allow 2-5 additional days for shipping in the continental United States, unless express delivery is requested, for a total of 7-10 days for delivery of an order to your door. Please allow additional time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii as shipping times may take longer.
Shipping Methods Outside of the United States:
At this time we do not ship orders outside of the United States.
Back Orders and Out of Stock items:
Our intention is to always have all products available on our website in stock and ready for shipment. However, on occasion there may be an item that is in high demand and maybe temporarily out of stock or on back order. We will do our best to notify you of this situation as soon as we know.
Return Policy:
Since our goal is to have you 100% satisfied with everything you order from PetHealthCentersPlus.com, we guarantee a full refund, minus your initial shipping charge, for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of the original order date. We will do everything we can to make your return hassle-free for you.
Simply contact us by e-mail at: CustomerService@PetHealthCentersPlus.com. We will then issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and special instructions for returning the product to us. Your account will be credited upon the return and inspection of the goods.
All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging in like new condition. Flea & Tick products, over the counter medications, pet food and treats can only be returned if they are unopened.
